Had a delightful three-night stay! The room was cozy and well-equipped. Toni's breakfast recommendations at the nearby restaurant were fantastic. Just be ready for the stairs!

Perfect location next to Diocletian’s Palace, great views from balconies, charming local atmosphere
No elevator access is a major inconvenience!!! Climbing many stairs after exploring is exhausting. Noise disturbances from outside are frustrating!!! Poor sound insulation can completely ruin your peace. Odd locking system on room doors might lead to confusion!!!

We stayed for three nights and chose a Deluxe Double Room with Sea View. The view from our little balcony was just stunning, overlooking the bustling market and the ferry port. Toni was a fantastic host, providing us with great tips about local eateries and meeting us to lend a hand with our luggage. The location couldn’t be better as it was so close to Diocletian's Palace and the waterfront. After long days of exploring, it was refreshing to return to such a clean and cozy room.

Had an amazing time with friends! The location is just steps away from the historic sites, and we enjoyed time at the lively market as well as exploring the impressive ruins of Diocletian's Palace. The room was clean and comfy, and the hosts were super helpful. Breakfast at the nearby café was a nice perk.
One thing to keep in mind is there are stairs to navigate, so carrying heavy luggage can be a bit tough after a long day out exploring.

great location but small room
The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the Old Town. Our breakfast at the Luxor restaurant was delightful, with many options to choose from. Toni, our host, was exceptionally helpful, assisting us with our luggage and providing great local tips. The city view from our room added a lovely touch to our stay.

The room was incredibly clean, modern, and cozy, with a stunning view of the water from the balcony. Toni and his wife were exceptionally helpful, meeting us at arrival and providing great recommendations for local dining. The shower facilities had great water pressure, adding to the comfort. The location is perfect, just steps away from Diocletian's Palace and local markets, making it easy to explore the city. However, climbing several flights of stairs to reach the room was challenging and inconvenient after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast at the Luxor café was decent, but options could be more varied. Also, the noise from outside, especially with the windows open, was a bit disruptive at night.

Couple’s Perfect getaway
We really enjoyed the fantastic location right outside a historic site, making it easy for evening strolls. The room was small but cozy, just enough space for our things and a nice shower to wash away the day.
It was a bit pricey, but honestly, worth it for the experience.
